Taking a break from my random cute anime girl stuff. Was brainstorming for characters to add to my webcomic, and this was one idea. No way I'll add her, if only cause it'd be too much of a pain to draw that damn wheelchair over and over. But had a good feeling to the drawing, so I wanted to finish it.

Once again: I appologize for my color-blindness. I had a general idea what I wanted in this, and tried my best. But there's no way to tell if it looks right to all of you who can actually see the colors I used. I was trying for reds/purples, low saturations, etc. And then have the pinwheel really jump out. /shrug...i dunno.

Sketch - 1.25 hr (longer than normal cause of chair)
Color - 3 hr (Photoshop CS)
